  How to Order our Products
  • Use our "add to cart buttons" and shopping cart system with secure gateway through Paypal. We have found PayPal to be a safe, convenient and economical way to process online payments, you can even pay with your credit card or echeck through PayPal without having a paypal account!

     
  • Mail in orders using check or money order are easy. Use the shopping cart to select your items, hit view cart. Enter your zip code or country and hit update (this will add shipping for you) Print out this page (or write it down on a scrap of paper) Include your mailing address and check or money order for the total and mail it to me at

~ Shipping Policy~
   As with all of our products, each item is individually made on a per order basis. The glue and finish has to be completely dry and the quality checked before the spindles can be shipped out.                        
       Most order ship within a few days, but I am a one woman business, and sometimes, if it is a time of high demand, I can run as much as a week behind. But be assured I am pedaling as fast as I can. If you are in a great hurry for a special reason, like a birthday, please email and I will try my best to accommodate your need for speed.


 
Overseas and international orders: After you have put items in your cart, click "proceed to checkout" (you will still have time to change things before payment) At the top of your shopping cart, you will see a drop down menu where you can find your country's shipping calculation, if you do not, contact me.

~ Satisfaction Policy~
I want your experience with the spindolyn to be a happy one. If something goes awry (wrong spindle shipped, defective, whatever, even though I really try very hard, perfection in this lifetime is not going to happen for me)  I will be happy to exchange or replace your spindle for the correct model or refund your money (including postage) if you choose to return it.
 If you return it because you decide spinning is jut not for you, I will also refund your money. (not including postage)
In addition, I will be happy to give you spinning tips to help you get over the hump of learning, just give me holler at
